National Instruments to pay 11-cents-per-share dividend

AUSTIN, Texas—Analysis software company National Instruments Corp. on Tuesday declared a dividend of 11 cents.

The dividend is payable June 2 to shareholders of record May 12.

National also announced a new stock repurchase program that will increase the number of shares it is allowed to buy to 3 million from 800,000. The program does not have an expiration date.

National makes software that allows users to observe and control electronic signals and other measurement such as voltage and pressure.
