SAN FRANCISCO—Engineering and construction company URS Corp. said Monday that it won a five-year, $240 million contract to support a U.S. Army flight training program.

URS will train U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force pilots at the Rotary Wing Flight Train Services program in Fort Rucker, Ala.

In November, URS bought out Boise, Idaho-based rival Washington Group International for $3.1 billion, creating the nation's largest engineering and construction firm.

Shares of URS fell 30 cents to $41.36 in morning trading.
