Archer Daniels Midland declares regular dividend of 13 cents

DECATUR, Ill.—Archer Daniels Midland Co., which processes soybeans, corn, wheat and cocoa, said Thursday its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 13 cents.

The dividend is payable June 5 to shareholders of record May 15.
