NEW YORK—A director of Visa Inc., a processor of credit and debit cards, bought 2,000 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Cathy Minehan reported she bought the shares for $83.38 to $83.49 apiece on Wednesday.
