FLIR Systems EVP exercises options for 20,000 shares

NEW YORK—An executive vice president at FLIR Systems Inc., which makes thermal imaging and infrared camera systems, exercised options for and sold 20,000 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Friday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Arne Almerfors reported he exercised options at $9.79 apiece and sold the shares for $34.07 apiece on Wednesday.

Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.

FLIR Systems is based in Wilsonville, Ore.
