Opening Glance: Most Web software, services stocks decline

NEW YORK—Internet software and services stocks mostly declined with the overall market Tuesday morning, which fell after disappointing first-quarter results from mortgage lender Fannie Mae, Swiss bank UBS and homebuilder D.R. Horton.

How key Internet software and services companies performed Tuesday morning:

Yahoo Inc. rose 63 cents to $25.

Google Inc. fell $5.45 to $589.45.

EBay Inc. fell 8 cents to $30.78.

VeriSign Inc. fell 7 cents to $36.64.

Akamai Technologies Inc. fell 40 cents to $34.77.
