TAT Technologies names El Al executive as new CEO
NEW YORK—TAT Technologies Ltd., an Israeli manufacturer of heat transfer equipment mainly used in aircraft, said Tuesday that Shmuel Fledel will join the company as chief executive, effective May 19.
Fledel most recently served as vice president of maintenance and engineering for El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. He succeeds Dov Zeelim, who served as CEO for the past 25 years.
Following a change in control of the company in December, eight new members were appointed to the board, TAT said.
Shares fell 24 cents to $8.25 in afternoon trading.![]()
