NEW YORK—Ambac Financial Group Inc. said its board declared a quarterly dividend of 1 cent, down from the prior payout of 7 cents.
Ambac had announced in February it would reduce its dividend to conserve more capital.
The bond insurer said the dividend is payable June 4 to shareholders of record May 20.
