NEW YORK—Macquarie Infrastructure Co. raised its quarterly dividend by a penny after its operations generated more cash in the first quarter, the operator of airports and energy terminals said Thursday.

The U.S. unit of the Macquarie Group plans to pay a dividend of 64.5 cents on June 10 to shareholders of record as of June 4.

The new rate is a penny more than in the fourth quarter and 9 percent more than in last year's first quarter.
