TOMORROW

Wall Street predicts Genentech Inc. will report second-quarter earnings of 86 cents a share, compared with year-ago results of 78 cents.

TUESDAY

Fed chairman Ben Bernanke testifies about the economy before the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee.

Intel Corp. releases second-quarter financial results. Analysts expect net of 25 cents a share, up from 22 last year.

Johnson & Johnson releases its results and is expected to earn $1.12 a share, vs. $1.05 a year ago.

WEDNESDAY

Analysts look for American Airlines parent AMR Corp. to report a second-quarter loss of $1.37 a share after eking out a $1.08 profit a year ago. Delta Air Lines Inc., meanwhile, is expected to show a profit - 11 cents a share vs. 77 a year ago.

EBay Inc. releases second-quarter financial results: Analysts expect net of 41 cents a share, compared with income of 34 cents a year ago.

THURSDAY

Analysts predict Google Inc. will report second-quarter net income of $4.73 a share, compared with $3.56 a year ago.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is expected to report a second-quarter profit of 47 cents a share, vs. a year-ago $1.20.

FRIDAY

Citigroup Inc. is expected to report a loss of 59 cents a share, vs. net of $1.24 a share last year.
