The AFL-CIO, the national labor organization, identified Massachusetts’ 10 highest-paid CEOs last year, based on a database of CEO pay for 3,000 of the country’s largest companies, including 160 based in Massachusetts. The compensation figures include not only cash compensation, such as salary and bonus, but also estimates for the value of restricted stock and stock option awards.
