The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority board yesterday approved Levy Restaurants to replace Aramark Corp. as the food and beverage vendor effective June 1, but an agreement has not yet been reached with the union, and Unite Here Local 26 officials are gearing up for a labor dispute.
