NEW YORK — Bank of America customers are again having problems accessing their accounts online.
The Charlotte, N.C., company said outages began Monday and started again yesterday around 1:30 p.m.
A spokeswoman said the outages were the result of system upgrades over the weekend. But she said no customer information was compromised and no hacking was involved.
Bank of America’s online banking service also experienced outages in January.
