Markets closed higher after bouncing between gains and losses as continued economic worries pounded copper, gold, and other commodities. Investors were watching developments in Europe as the Group of 20 finance ministers pledged their help. Bank of America Corp. rallied from a two-year low for the top gain in the Dow. Intel and Home Depot also climbed.
