LOS ANGELES—Occidental Petroleum Corp. said on Thursday that it will pay a dividend of 46 cents per share on Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 9.
The international oil and gas exploration and production company said its current annual dividend rate is $1.84 per share.
