FEDERAL WAY, Wash.—Weyerhaeuser Co., one of the world's largest lumber companies, said Thursday its board of directors declared a dividend of 15 cents.
The dividend is payable Dec. 1 to shareholders of record on Nov. 11.
Shares of Weyerhaeuser fell 25 cents to close at $16.70.
