TORRANCE, Calif.—American Honda Motor Co.'s October U.S. sales fell less than half a percent, as it continued to rebound from vehicle shortages stemming from the March earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
BY THE NUMBERS: Honda said Tuesday that it sold 98,333 vehicles in October, down from 98,811 in the same month last year.
TOP SELLER: Sales of the Accord sedan rose 5.3 percent to 22,589 from 21,451 in the same month last year.
HOT MODELS: Sales of Honda's CR-V sport utility vehicle rose 7.1 percent to 19,326, while sales of the Pilot SUV rose 52.6 percent to 12,466.![]()
