A Cape Cod movie director, Daniel Adams, was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court on Friday on allegations brought by the attorney general that he defrauded the Commonwealth of $4.7 million in film tax credits. Adams appears to have a long list of people to whom he owes money, including people an innkeeper and merchants on the Cape, as well as investors in his films.
