Clayton Christensen

Christensen is the author of three best-selling books on
innovation, including "The Innovator's Dilemma," "The Innovator's
Solution," and "Seeing What's Next," which explore the reasons that
successful businesses often miss the next important wave of
technology. Christensen joined the faculty of the Harvard Business School in
1992. Before that, he was a co-founder of Ceramics Process Systems and a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where he helped start the firm's manufacturing strategy
practice. In 1982, he was a White House Fellow, and later worked in
the Department of Transportation.
