Ray Ozzie became one of Microsoft's three chief technology officers when Microsoft bought his company, Groove Networks, earlier this year. He reports directly to Bill Gates. Ray helped introduce collaboration software to corporate America with Lotus Notes, now used by more than 100 people worldwide. He's in the Computer Industry Hall of Fame, and in 2001 was honored as a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer.
