Kenan Sahin is the chief executive of TIAX, a Cambridge R&D firm consisting of more than 200 engineers and scientists. TIAX was born out of the ashes of Arthur D. Little's Technology and Innovation business. In 1982, Sahin founded an earlier company, Kenan Systems, with just $1000, eventually selling it for $1.5 billion. In this podcast, Sahin talks about the challenges of managing and motivating people in innovative organizations.
