Writely goes Google

Google has purchased Upstartle, the makers of Writely a free web-based word processor. What's it all about? Well, we now know Google's doing Google Drive, which could do an end run around Microsoft by allowing you to simply store and save data to Google like your PC does now. But what if you could write a document in a browser, much like you write on Microsoft Word, and then save it directly to the G:Drive? AHA! Writely is one of the 25 Business 2.0 Next Net companies. Which one will get gobbled up next?
