Streaming Howard on the way
Source: Barnako.com
Just in time for Father's Day, by mid-June, the King of All Media, Howard Stern, will be live on the Internet and Frank Barnako says he can already see the holiday gift shopping newspaper ads now. The satellite radio service plans two Stern channel Webcasts, one of which will have a live feed of his morning program, available to all Sirius subscribers. Sirius is looking to increase the incentives for new subscribers by offering this online streaming broadcast. Barnako, who called this move a month ago, says it's a sign that big media is being forced into being aggressive and innovative by consumers and advertisers that expect no less.
