Massachusetts gets on the honor roll

Entrepreneurial dynamism is the extent to which a state's economy is characterized by the robust creation, retention, expansion, and attraction of first- and second-stage small business entrepreneurs and their companies. A new study just passed out grades that rank all the states on their level of dynamism. The only A's went to Massachusetts, California, and New Mexico. The nation as a whole averaged only a C- and a quarter of states received a grade of D or lower.
