Piling on YouTube

A few weeks ago, we discussed Mark Cuban's statement that YouTube is doomed due to copyright violations. And last week Cuban, famous for his inflammatory rhetoric, made headlines when he said "Only a moron would buy YouTube." Well, Forrester analyst Josh Bernoff piles on stating that "YouTube will get sued. And it will lose."
