Making Boston 'awesome' for entrepreneurs
Take chances on 'greenhorns'
Whose idea? Jason Evanish
Who is he? A recent Northeastern University graduate.
Evanish encourages both established companies and start-ups to take chances on students and recent graduates, whether it be for internships or for full-time hires. Not only are students less expensive to hire, but they also provide fresh energy and an eagerness to a company, inspiring them to maybe become founders themselves.
"Todays young founders could be tomorrows great startup employees," he said.
