In this spot for Monster.com by Boston agency Mullen, various children talk about what they want to be when they grow up - only, they have very limited aspirations.
In a somewhat sarcastic nod to the disappointing realities of many workers, the kids reel off gems with a straight face such as "I want to be a yes man" and "I want to be forced into early retirement." The ad ends with the tagline, "There's a better job out there."
