New Boston-area hospital CEOS

Lahey Clinic Dr. Howard G. Grant, a longtime Pennsylvania health care executive, was named to head the 317-bed Burlington hospital in September 2010. He started in November 2010. Grant was executive vice president and chief medical officer at Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa., one of the largest rural health systems in the nation with three hospitals, 60 clinics, and 1,200 health care providers across north central Pennsylvania before coming to the Bay State.
