Rugby Children's Pain & Fever Concentrated Drops fail to meet the standards for child safety. The dropper unit that comes separate from the medicine does not have proper protection and can be accessed by a child. The child then can get a hold of the medicine and potentially overdose.
The drops were sold in retailers nationwide from January 2009 and June 2011. The Consumer Product Safety Commission recommends putting the bottle out of the reach of children and contact Altaire Pharmaceuticals for a free replacement dropper.
