W.J. King: When you are dissatisfied with the services of another section, make your complaint to the individual most directly responsible for the function involved. Complaints made to a mans superiors, over his head, engender strong resentments and should be resorted to only when direct appeal fails.
William Swanson: Never direct a complaint to the top. A serious offense is to "cc" a person's boss. |
