W.J. King: Do not take yourself or your work too seriously. A normal healthy sense of humor, under reasonable control, is much more becoming, even to an executive, than a chronically soured dead-pan, a perpetually unrelieved air of deadly seriousness, or the pompous solemn dignity of a stuffed owl.
