Martha Stewart
Federal prosecutors accused domestic diva Martha Stewart of selling shares of ImClone Systems after the company's founder, Sam Waksal, alerted her broker that he was selling his shares before it was announced that the US Food and Drug Administration wouldn't approve its cancer drug. Stewart sold about $228,000 in stock right before ImClone shares dropped 18 percent.
In 2004, Stewart was convicted of lying to investigators and was sentenced to five months in prison.(Andrew H. Walker/Getty Images)
