Plant purchase: Cambridge biotechnology company Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals Inc. said it will buy a manufacturing and warehouse facility in Denton, Texas, from NeoRx Manufacturing Group , for $3 million.
Four and counting: Westford maker of Internet telephony equipment and software Sonus Networks Inc. said it received a fourth notice of noncompliance from the Nasdaq Stock Market, as it hasn't filed its financial report for the quarter ended March 14. The delay, which was expected, is due to an internal investigation into stock option grant dating practices.
Site change: Boston developer W/S Development Associates has scrapped plans to build a riverfront mall in Hudson, N.H., and is instead joining with New England Development Inc. of Newton to build Nashua Landing, an open-air mall in Nashua.
Lower: Kopin Corp., a Taunton maker of displays for consumer and military electronics, said first-quarter revenue fell 3 percent on lower sales of its III-V products. For the quarter ended March 31, revenue dropped to $18.1 million compared to $18.7 million in the year-ago period.
