ServicesRising oil prices for much of 2006 translated into strong revenue and profit gains for energy companies such as Global Partners and NStar. Global Partners, based in Waltham, is a limited partnership that sells gasoline, home heating oil, diesel, and other refined products to unbranded gas stations, other resellers, and commercial and industrial customers. The company makes its debut in the Globe 100 at number four by nearly doubling its profits on an 11 percent increase in revenue.
