Top Massachusetts manufacturing companies

The Massachusetts manufacturing sector continued to be among the hardest hit by the recession, losing nearly 16,000 jobs, or 5.4 percent of its total employment, in the 12 months ending in late April of this year. Nine of last year's 10 top-ranked industrial companies on the Globe 100 maintained their relative positions this year, with only Lojack Corp., the maker of auto security systems, falling off the top 10. Companies ranked by revenue in 2008.
