Globe 100's top companies by industry

The 90 companies on the 2011 Globe 100 list have helped Massachusetts to pull out of the recession, the economy now slowly returning back to normal. These companies span numerous industries including technology and industry, although the majority of the companies help out the tech sector in some manner. The Globe 100 ranks the best-performing publicly traded companies by how well they increased sales, profits, and returns for shareholders in 2010.
