Gentiva reaffirms 2008 outlook for profit, revenue

MELVILLE, N.Y.—Home health care services company Gentiva Health Services Inc. reaffirmed its full-year outlook Thursday.

The company expects profit between $1.32 and $1.40 per share on revenue between $1.28 billion and $1.32 billion.

Analysts polled by Thomson Financial expect profit of $1.34 per share on revenue of $1.31 billion.

Shares of Gentiva closed at $21.74 Wednesday.
