Alphatec Holdings CFO Steven Yasbek to resign May 12

CARLSBAD, Calif.—Alphatec Holdings Inc., which makes products to treat scoliosis and degenerating spinal discs, said Friday Steven Yasbek will resign as chief financial officer and treasurer May 12 to pursue other interests.

Alphatec is working with executive search firm Russell Reynolds to conduct a search for his replacement.

Until a replacement is named, duties will be split between Gordon Bigler, vice president of finance and investor relations, and Charles Boyles, vice president and corporate controller.
