NEW YORK—Shares of health care providers and service companies rose Monday, with health insurers and pharmacy benefits managers among the stocks trading higher.

Medco Health Solutions Inc. rose 46 cents to $47.20.
WellCare Health Plans Inc. rose 45 cents to $36.15.
AmerisourceBergen Corp. rose 78 cents, or 2 percent, to $39.99.
Quest Diagnostics Inc. rose 79 cents to $48.47.
