Transition Therapeutics CFO adds president role

NEW YORK—Biopharmaceutical company Transition Therapeutics Inc. said Thursday it named Chief Financial Officer Elie Farah to the additional role of president.

The company also named Nicole Rusaw-George the company's vice president of finance.

Farah joined the company in 2005 as CFO and vice president of corporate development. Rusaw-George also started at the company in 2005 and was previously the director of finance.
