Health insurer makes deal with Mass. on rate increases

The state Division of Insurance yesterday said it has struck a deal with Health New England, a Springfield health insurer, that will hold the average base rate increases for its individual and small business customers to 8.2 percent for the rest of the year. (Full article: 303 words)
