TODAY
The Federal Reserve releases industrial production data for October. Economists predicted that overall production, which includes factories, mines and utilities, rose 0.2 percent.
Target Corp. reports its third-quarter financial results. Analysts expect earnings of 49 cents a share, compared with 56 cents a year earlier.
TOMORROW
The Labor Department releases the producer price index for October. Wholesale prices are expected to have fallen 1.8 percent, the most since records began in 1947.
The House Financial Services Committee holds a hearing on the financial bailout.
Medtronic Inc. reports second-quarter financial results. Analysts expect the maker of medical devices to earn 71 cents a share, versus 58 cents in the year-earlier period.
