The worst is over, economist Roubini says

Stocks rose a fourth straight day as economist Nouriel Roubini said the worst is over and the recession will end this year. UPS and GE led industrial shares to the best gain among 10 groups. Financial shares had led the market lower early on; some expect a CIT Group bankruptcy, and JPMorgan says its credit-card business probably won’t make money next year.
