Garmin Ltd. plunged after the chief executive of rival TomTom, the biggest maker of navigation devices in Europe, said it expects prices to continue to drop in the fourth quarter. Chief executive Harold Goddijn said navigation device prices fell 27 percent in the third quarter. And Google’s plan to add a free US turn-by-turn mapping service to the Android mobile phone is expected to push prices lower.![]()
