Westford’s NetScout plummeted after the maker of software to manage computer networks cut its full-year revenue forecast to a range of $1.07 to $1.19 a share, compared with the average analyst estimate of $1.19 a share. The company said its government business was weak because of budget holds, and its financial service business suffered. It projected revenue of $300 million to $315 million. NetScout said it will report full quarterly results on July 21.![]()
