Check Point Software Technologies Ltd., the world’s second-largest network-security company, said that its full-year earnings (excluding some items) will be as much as $2.84 a share. That would be more than the average analyst estimate of $2.77. Check Point’s second-quarter profit rose 24 percent, topping predictions, to $128 million. Shares of the Tel Aviv company have soared 71 percent in the past 12 months.![]()
