Skyworks Solutions Inc., a maker of chips for wireless equipment and industrial gear, rose the most in more than two years after its sales and profit forecasts exceeded estimates. Revenue will be $400 million this quarter, the Woburn company said. Excluding some costs, profit will be 53 cents a share. Analysts had estimated sales of $371.3 million and earnings of 51 cents, according to Bloomberg. Sales surged 29 percent last quarter from a year earlier as consumers purchased more smartphones, tablet computers, gaming consoles, and home automation systems.![]()
