Thor Industries jumps on earnings

The recreational vehicle maker jumped after it said it earned 66 cents a share excluding some items in the fourth quarter, beating the average analyst estimate. Net income for the period was $36.88 million, compared with $40.60 million over the same period last year. Sales were up 16 percent. Thor’s products are sold under Airstream Classic, Dutchmen, Heartland, Redwood, and other brands.
