Markets soar on action by central banks

Stocks rallied, driving the Dow up the most since March 2009, after six central banks including the Fed acted on Europe’s debt crisis by making it cheaper for lenders to borrow in dollars. In the United States, companies boosted payrolls in November and businesses expanded at the fastest pace in seven months. Oil prices ended the day at over $100 a barrel.
