A Bloomberg report speculated that the Chinese solar module manufacturer could be bought since its stock price has fallen this year.

KB Home, down 33 cents at $6.89

A Stifel Nicolaus analyst downgraded the homebuilder to "Hold" from "Buy" a day after releasing its fourth-quarter earnings.

The food and animal safety company posted second-quarter profit and revenue results that fell short of what Wall Street expected.
